Orders shipping to any of the 48 contiguous United States can receive Free Shipping (standard ground delivery) if the order total is over $75 or if the product listing has the Free Shipping badge.

We keep the majority of our offerings in-stock and ship them directly from our warehouse. All in-stock items will ship within 24 hours of your order’s completion (except for weekends—we’ve gotta rest sometime!). Any items we don’t keep in–stock will ship directly from our partners and distributors, typically within 1–2 business days.

No-Hassle Returns
Shop with confidence thanks to Prima Coffee's No-Hassle Returns. All products marked with our "No-Hassle Return" badge can be returned in good or like-new condition, clean and in their original packaging, within 30 days of your order.
The holidays can be a stressful time to shop already, so we're happy to offer a special extension on returns through that season as well. Eligible items purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned within 60 days of purchase or by February 1st, whichever comes later.
